Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original Mous packaging and ensure all accessories are included before sealing the box securely.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your returned gear, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
